Who is responsible

The controller of your data is DONF LLC, which operates Radar. For any question about your data, write to ola@baixo.pt.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: email, company, segment, country and, if you give it, the number of SKUs. In the page’s price lookup, what you type is used only to answer the lookup and is not linked to you.

What for

Only to contact you about the waitlist and the launch of Radar. We don’t sell or share this data, nor use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), given in the form and confirmed by email. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the processing done before.

Who processes the data for us

The list is managed in Brevo, an email provider based in France with servers in the European Union, which processes the data only on our behalf and on our instructions.

How long

Until you withdraw consent or the waitlist ends, whichever comes first. After that, we delete the data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent. To exercise them, write to ola@baixo.pt: we answer within one month. You can also leave the list from the link in every email.

Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you can complain to a supervisory authority: in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD); in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
